Wall Bracket for Plasma

I need to wall mount My LG Plasma, I am not sure which bracket to go for? The screen is 42" I need it o be able to tilt and if possible move forward and backwards not sideways. I don't really want to spend too much say £150, I was looking at the Omnimount CL-X Cantilever Mount but I think its about £500 is there an alternative? This is fairly urgent as I need to order it by Midday today, has to be fixed on the wall by sat evening

I looked at cantilever mounts originally and gave up on the idea due to the cost. I guess when you think about the stress the arm would be under holding a 42" screen, you kind of expect it to cost a fair bit.
