Sounds to me like it is a well known fault and they are just reacting properly. Pretty good I must say.

Don't forget to delete those pictures of Mrs CFC1. I still have the one of her on a pogo stick with a jaffa cake and a gallon can of Swarfega. Its in good taste and very arty in my book but others might not see it the same

That pogo stick set is my best work to date and I shall leave those images on for the technician to enjoy as they repair the machine. You should see the melting jaffa cake ones that I have so far not published:... Stunning!

Just noticed how dirty the lens is on my TZ . Got a cleaning kit I use on the lenses for my D80 but just wondering if there are any do's and don'ts cleaning this?

Dunno, I've never really cleaned mine apart from an odd swipe with a microfibre cloth.

Yeah, taken from the Manchester platfom at Whitefield. I take it you're local?
