Very nice set Garry - the mono works well for the wedding shots - love "Sad" and that Tiger shot

Lovely portrait but could have been so much better by not chopping the hand off. A slight move to the right would have prevented the rock line growing out of her head. HTH.

Lol - the hand was 'chopped' due to holding a dog lead - there was some deliberation. The shot is quite heavily cropped and was taken as an opportune shot as I was walking towards her (she hates having her pic taken), so all in all I knew it could be better, but was still quite pleased with it. Cheers for the input though

Thanks Jim

I had to darken the background as there are a couple of pictures hanging on the wall behind me

JJ Glos, a lovely set, number 2 is my favourite but she looks a right little character in all of them.

Lack of flash prevents me from taking many indoor shots at the moment, but seeing as it was quite a bright morning, my son was sitting not far from the window and remembering about the famous 'high ISO perfromance' of my camera, I grabbed it and caught this snapshot with ISO 1000.

Unfortunetely I set the aperture to 1.8, not thinking much about it. Only after the photo I remembered that the nifty fifty is quite soft at 1.8. Had to apply a bit of sharpness in PP.

Thank you Julian. Best wishes to your daughter, hope she gets better soon. It is so sad to see them not feeling well.
