Flood

A photo I took this evening of just one of the many floods in the area after last nights rain. The location is a picnic spot beside the River Blackwater in Co. Tyrone.

Nic shot but I would have cropped some off the left hand side to get rid of the bins.

Nice shot; really like the punchy colours.

Thankfully it didn't rain as hard here in Co Down.

like the colours on the trees in the middle from the light

seems a very mild flood compared to what we've got in Cumbria at the minute

Nice shot lovely colours in the trees but I disagree about cropping out the bins - cropping them out still leaves a great picture so I can see why you might prefer it but I quite like the added impression of depth that they add to the original.

Thanks for the comments, y'all.
I think cropping out the bins would have done away with the depth. Cloning them out though would be an option..
More rain here last night (not on a Cumbrian scale though). Gives it to clear this afternoon but don't know if it will or not.

Here's one from this afternoon of the flooded grounds of a Gaelic Football Club near the River Blackwater.

That white thing you can see in the flooded field is the top of a submerged goalpost!!
