Me too, I'm all for milky water shots but this really gives a sense of movement!

Feels like the f-stop should be smaller too, surprised at the that 0.4 sec and f5. Nice work mate, has a very pro feel to it.

Thanks all, much appreciated.

As for the exposure time, I have found that too long (over a second) will give a sea that nice milky effect but no real sense of motion. Around half a second works for me and as it was pre dawn and had 0.6 and 0.9 of grads on, I needed to go 200iso and opened to f5 to get there.

I think.
