Old and new

They are doing a major upgrade at the local bird sanctuary.

One of the projects is a new hide, but built in an old fashioned way, with mud and straw walls and a thached roof.

At the minute it looks like a building site:



But it should look nice when the work is completed:

The first one is nice and sharp but the horizon is miles out and needs straightening.
