Shepherd's Bush Green

A bucolic setting in Central London, or maybe more precisley - an area of grass in the middle of traffic gridlock .

1) Taken with my Tokina 11-16 and adjusted using ptlens

2) A dog having a ball of a time!

3) A squirrel looks on.

Click on a pic for large!

Indeed..no self respecting picnicker would use it.., unlike Hyde Park which is another ( real) Park in Central London
There are 2 Tube stations, Countless Buses, A Small Shopping Mall, Market all within 500 yards of the Place
Not too far off is Westfield Shopping Centre
I guess Top marks for " seeing creatively"

I think my candid shots give a more accurate view of what life is like down the Bush

Thanks Jim. PTLENS is an application that allows you to remove the distortion you get when using wide angle lenses (it does some a couple of other uses, but that is what it is mostly used for). TBH it is similar to the functionality you get in PSE 6 (and presumably later versions), but it was cheap

I kind of browsed that but on second looks that is Shepherds Bush as I know it
Amazing,same place different perspective...

As I said its all about seeing creatively,
That is a quality that is largely unrelated to kit
