Today we remember all the people who lost their lives in various armed conflicts throughout the world. This photo I took earlier this year in South Africa sums it up.

Bit late I know - but I was in hospital for a minor op Wednesday.

Polzeath has been one of my favourite places for 45 odd years.

However, never knew this was composed here until walking the coast path a couple of years ago, after they had laid this plaque. The views down there are pretty inspiring tho'.
