Hobby ? one for the twitchers

Anyone on here that knows about birds of prey?

I think that this might be a Hobby but not too sure. It's been flying around at the back of where I work for the past week or so, its very fast when chasing other birds with quick maneuvers.

Cannot really help with the bird id (although it does look a bit like a hobby), but I would suggest you up the ISO to get a quicker shutter speed when taking shots like this to get them as sharp as poss.
