Just realised I forgot to back up my ME2 game save (which came from ME1 originally) so will have to start a new one on the third game. Gutted.

Unlucky. If you got it from steam you might be lucky and it be part of their cloud save system

Just finished ME2 so I've got my character to import but lost Tali and Miranda on the final assault and I'm seriously gutted, bloody weird reaction to a video game.

Really? I was mildly gutted but it wasnt anything beyond that, was a great game but i didnt think it developed the link between characters enough

Jack is the tatted up skinhead girl? She didn't like me as I played through as goodie two shoes, and only slightly forced being bad. Find games that have good/bad seem to have limited options when you're evil.

Yeh I find the same, I think fallout did a pretty good job in this regard and Deus Ex is looking to shape up very well in regards to the 'human choice' aspect of it all

I kept everyone as I done all the loyalty missions but now I've lost my game save I'm not sure if I can carry that over. Anyone know of anywhere I can download some gamesaves to try to get one that matches mine?

I played through the first two games on my xbox and now have a PC as well. The problem I have found is that there were so many choices and I cant remember them all so finding a save that matches my xbox history is impossible! I have real dilemma now on which platform to play this on!

Ive got a save where I kept everyone if you want me to dig it out, above and beyond that our ingame choices probably wont have been the same mind

Gone from being a solid RPG... into a another chest high walls shoot em up clone. Mass Effect 2 was a compromise, bit of both and a very enjoyable game but they really are taking the **** with ME3. Motion controls and an all out shooter, totally ripping out the soul of the game.

EA are an utter cancer to gaming.

How on earth have you come to that conclusion from what was just posted? Bioware even said it was a single player game.

Are you sure you aren't the person who posts all the comments on YouTube videos?

I'm afraid Arthur is anti EA today. Seen his posts on the EA forum too. It's no loss to EA that you aren't playing their games anymore but there is no need to keep going on and on about it on everything thread here that is about an EA game.

No, it's just a coincidence that EA have also destroyed the Mass Effect series.

They are toning down the amount of narration in the game, one of it's strong points, remove more from the inventory system, increasing the amount of gun play.

So you've gone from a sci fi RPG with some shooting aspects into an all out Gears of War type game.

Good news is..... It has Kinect support. WAHOO!

Great knowing where their priorities are.

When did I say it wasn't? I said it now has motion controls, they are throwing Kinect support in and have dumbed down the game further to cater for it.

They took liberties with Mass Effect 2 but are really taking the **** with the third one. Your see for yourselves soon anyway.

Mass Effect 2 was less RPG than 1, but it was a better, more fun game. So will see what Bioware come up with for this.

Really didn't like Dragon Age 2, and would agree that was a case of EA rushing that game to market.

ME3 has been put back a quarter of a year since the planned release date, so hopefully that bodes well

Yeah, give them time to get that day one DLC and Kinect support in there and working properly, maybe add a few more chest high walls.
