Fantastic shot, I really like this.

I like the way there is movement in the middle of the shot but the people at either side are still.

I have never understood why so many people insist on taking the stairs when there's a perfectly serviceable escalator right next to them!!

Great shot - as has been pointed out, the contrast between the people on the stairs and those on the escalator is fantastic!

I like this one, i was down in london the weekend before last and thought about taking a similar shot (not for the comp i might add, didnt put two and two together with the theme 'up' )

There are two things I like about this.

The blurred movement of the people in the middle of the frame gives a good sense of movement and, the way there are about 5 people looking directly at you taking the picture on the left hand side.

I like how there is an advert at every step of the stairs, mind controlllll
