yep - to be honest its my 1st proper go at marco and I dont have a circular flash so I used BULB setting in a dark room and then just flashed the flash manualy from different angles and with different coloured plastic sweet wrappers (quality street!) covering the front.

I agree with Jim, nice shot but could just as well apply to breakfast time.
