Glass Flower

My first ever entry in the competition.

Taken with Canon 5D Mark II and 100mm macro. No post processing. Using Speedlite 580.

Exposure 1/200s, f16.0, ISO 200.

Thanks Jim.

I'd love to reply that I used some really clever technique. In reality, I used a single speedlite and took lots and lots of shots holding the flash in different positions. I then chose the shot that gave the effect I wanted, which was to make it look warm and 'alive'.
