Cube Prog Scan problems

OK plugged my new Offical Nintendo Digital Cable into the back of my USA/Jap Cube and then into my Sony KE32TS2 Plasma, Held down B on a Prog scan compatible game (zelda WW) and waited in batted breath for crisp lush graphics...instead i got jagged edges and lines all down the screen? it was better just normal I am running through a 3 way component splitter box into a Denon 3802 Amp then into the tv, ok i thought lets try straight into the TV, no change
DVD prog scan is fine.
My xbox seems good too (running via the Hi Def Kit) and NTSC and a PS2 all thorugh the splitter box
Is this TV problem or just me being dumb and forgetting to change something?

Cheers

I'm assuming that after holding down the B button you did get the option of progressive? Apart from that, I can't think of anything else you need to do. It's not like Xbox and PS2 with other menu options you need to set.

Are you able to confirm that the signal your plasma is getting is actually progressive?

I found the cable to be a great investment. Image on my plasma (via a Denon 3802) is superb.

Well im presuming that the TV does not have to be told to be prog scan, when i play dvd's it pops on the screen 480p or 570p so im guesstimating that the tv is ok, I guess the ninty cable is ok otherwise none of the pictures would be ok.
oh well ill keep playing..

I've got a Tosh 32ZD26P and the XBOX prog scan is fine but on gamecube it is very distorted so I guess it's just another hardware error from Ninty.
