Logitech steering wheel for Gamecube

I'm interested in one of these but have a few questions.

I know only certain games are supported but is this just for the
force feedback, i.e. will a racing game not supported still work ok but without this feature?
The games I'll be using will be Burnout, F-Zero & Mario Kart.

I've taked to Logitech but they were useless, if any one has one
and can let me know then I'd be very grateful.

Thanks

This list appeared over at the DVD forums.

Burnout 2: Point of Impact™
Dakar 2: The World's Ultimate Rally
F-Zero® GX
Mario Kart® Double Dash™
Need for Speed™: Hot Pursuit 2
Hot Wheels™ Velocity X
Pro Rally
Rally Championship
Rally Fusion: Race of Champions
Street Racing Syndicate
V-Rally™ 3

Have used it on Burnout 2 and it is absolutely fantastic. HMV still have these wheels at £12.99 online.

Tried it with Burnout and the wheel was not recognised. Burnout 2 is fine though.

This is in the Xmas issue of NoM! They have the best games to use for the Logitech steering wheel. Mario Kart was the least fave to use and Burnout 2 was the fave. F Zero was okay, Need for Speed Underground was okay and Rally Fusion was okay. F Zero, NFSU and Rally Fusion each got 4 stars. Burnout 2 got 5 stars and Mario Kart got 3 stars. It's gotta be hard using it for Mario Kart cos you have to use practically all the buttons. You'd need VERY big hands for that!

Cube - got the wheel - FZero is good & MKDD is pretty crap, using the buttons is OK but there is no wheel calibration & this makes is hard to steer.

I'll probably get a few of the other supported games to try, then sell em on ebay if they are no good.

Get Burnout 2. Brilliant game that I haven't played. Crash mode can be a game on it's own!
