Company of Heroes - I wanted to play one of the expansion packs whilst at home but had left the disc at work and had completely forgotton about the login system. That said I didn't pay much because I got the other expansion pack in the same package.
Far Cry - I wanted to play it whilst away at work but had forgotton my disc so brought again.
Gears Of War - purchased the original at launch on the Xbox 360. We the PC version came out with mouse/keyboard control and extra content it was a must have!
Half Life - a second purchase to get it and the expansion packs in a DVD style case
Half Life: Opposing Forces - a second purchase to get it and the expansion packs in a DVD style case
Half Life: Blueshift - a second purchase to get it and the expansion packs in a DVD style case
Half Life 2 - a second purchase in order to get
Half Life 2: Episode 2,
TF2 and
Portal Half Life 2: Episode 1 - a second purchase in order to get
Half Life 2: Episode 2 Inflitrator - a blast from the past here - a Spectrum game. Brought on release but thought it was buggy (helicopter wouldn't fly straight, missing missiles etc) and so binned it. Went back to it a few times though and eventually completed it. I think I purchased it two or three times in the end!
Medal of Honour: Allied Assaut - a second purchase because the game disc had become defective and I wanted to play one of the mission packs.
Oblivion - original purchased at launch on the Xbox 360 but returned it and brought it for PC instead (due to better graphics and mods).
Quake - purchased at launch and loved it. A few years later a version was released with QuakeWorld and Threewave CTF included on the disc and so brought that to save time on future installs.
Quake 2 - same reasons as the original
Quake - a disc was released with various patches/mods included.
The Witcher - wanted to show support for a company adding so much content post release.
I think that is it
