Sony
I think Sony have finally said something and meant it, they said 2009 will be the year that PlayStation makes it way back to the top and I believe with the new PSP Go!, Gran Turismo PSP, God of War 3, Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Final Fantasy VII

on the way this year, it well and truly will be Sony's year.
Next year, Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy XIV and The Last Guardian, it could be all theirs again next year.
Nintendo
Nintendo surprised me by announcing two Mario games, I loved Super Mario Galaxy loads, but Super Mario Galaxy 2 looks like an expansion pack, not that I'm complaining but it just looks the same with Yoshi added. New Super Mario Bros Wii doesn't look too bad, but still it just looks like an expansion pack. Metroid: Other M certainly looks god and different.
Wii Motion Plus? Why didn't this come with the console 3 years ago?
Microsoft
Twitter and Sky TV is alright, but I have my iPhone and computer which can do the same thing.
Halo ODST, doesn't really appeal to me, I've got bored of the whole Halo thing mainly because Halo 3 was so over hyped for what it was (short single player, but decent online multiplayer). Also Halo: Reach, it's a prequel, and obviously because Master Chief can't be in any Halo's after number 3, I suppose they had to go backwards.
It's good to see that Xbox is getting a Metal Gear Solid game, it will be interesting to see how it goes without Snake. (Could anyone tell me if it's a 360 exclusive? A lot of people are saying it is, but a lot are saying it's also coming to the PS3 and PC)
No Alan Wake until next year, I'm not sure how intrigued by this game as I am, but I like what I've seen so far.
Left 4 Dead 2, I've still yet to play the original (because my 360 has got the RRoD at the moment) but I really want to play it and I like what I saw of the sequel so far.
Others
Assassin's Creed 2 already looks a whole lot better than the first, I just hope they try to sell it by making the most attractive member of the development team to talk about it again. (Jade Raymond is rather good looking though)
Rock Band: Beatles, I'm sure it's going to be snubbed by the youth of today but I can't wait. Ringo (or Richard, if he wants us to obey his demands in that insurance advert) basically said what any over 60 year old would of said, "the graphics are good".
DJ Hero, looked really confusing at the start but when I saw the way the controller worked (being a former club and mobile DJ, I know my way round a turntable) it looks simple enough. I'll stick to Guitar Hero: World Tour for now though.
Modern Warfare 2, it's another CoD game but not CoD, I did like the look of the snow mobile and rifle with a little screen attached, but nothing to get too excited about yet.
I know I've missed a lot of games out, not that I dislike them, it's just that I don't think I could write up anything about them as I'm not really interested in them, or forgot about them already.

What's with all the "motion controllers"?

They're all at it, I've already mentioned the Wii Motion Plus, but Xbox has the Project Natal, which looks scary IMO

, especially with the scanning of the paper and skateboard in the debut video.
Sony hasn't even got a name for theirs but it's on the way.
