Not sure when the expiry is but it works at the moment.

why won't it let me select delivery?

i have tried various postcodes apart from mine and they are all collect only.

is it a time of day thing?

The deal is for collection only. However, I phoned up my local one and haggled with the manager. We agreed that if I spent £35 instead of £30 then he would let the half price deal stand with delivery included.
