Smile duplicate files

i have used a duplicate file finder and it sayed i had 300+mbs of files duplicated but warned me to be careful as some needed to be duplicate,so what can and cannot i remove?

Well if they are in the Windows, Documents and Settings or Program files Dir - leave them alone. often programs come with the same files. Why - who knows?
300mb is not that much.
If you are short on space. get a bigger HDD.

as for the other files . if they are you MP3s, AVIs, or Jpgs - ou can del what ever file you like. jsut make sure you have it backed up somewhere.

Also as you drive around the internet you'll pick up a lot of same name files in the cache. clean that up for sure.
