organic screens are they the future

I know that sony have announced a small screen this winter. and very costly it is... Is this the way to go ?? i believe that in 5 years this is the way ... they should be more environmental friendly and cheaper to run hopefully needing less power to run. also they could herald the first flexi screens of the future.. Flexi screens are the next big step in the development for not just tvs but all elecronic items such as PCs mobile phones, advertiseing screens . It will take time probably at least 10 years to get on the market... The problem with tvs in the main is the amount of energy they need also the amount of heat generated has to go somewhere. flexi screens will meet this specification. At the moment we have Organic screens..as a possible answer ??? Plasma is a dead duck due to its huge weight. LCD still has a good future. for the time being at least Being cheap to produce. TFT screens i dont think is the answer. only for laptops and similar devices.. There are problems with TFT the heat they produce has to go somewhere.. Burn your hands !
