Good afternoon to you all

My wife owns a E63 and she is more than happy with it however of late she has come across two annoying problems which are making her a little cheesed off For some obscure reason photos she has taken with the E63 are being displayed as multiple copies of the same photo(80 in number).When she deletes one of the images in question it deletes all of them to be replaced with a picture of a torn image entitled "QF 156".The E63 will not allow her to delete the file known as "QF 156" or manage it in anyway.If anyone out there has a solution or remedy to this problem then any or all advice will be gratefully received.Many thanks.
