Has anyone recently been unable to upgrade the firmware on thier Nokia?

Just tried to update the firmware on my N95 8GB,
But NSU just gives the "failed to connect three times, because of nsi_host_process.exe & nsu_ui_client.exe",
tried with OVI and Anti-Virus disabled, no joy, re-installed Nokia Software Updater, but no joy,
re-installed everything,
but still no joy,
any ideas anyone plz?
