Hey there all, getting out of mates car had my fone on my lap and soon as i got up the fone fell screen down.

Now internally on the left hand side (above the red button) theres a crack. (pictures can be put up if needed)

Just want to know what can be done to fix this plz, can i just ring up nokia and they'll fix it under the 1 year warranty??. Only had this fone for a few months and love it but then this happens.

Any help appreciated

It wont be under warranty because its down to user error. Have you got insurance you could claim through your mobile provider, house or bank account? You could try claiming through one of those.

If not then your need the internal lcd, i've never bought one on a touch screen phone but looking at ebay its saying around £30 and should be a simple fix. You can also pay to get it done by an independent shop or nokia themselves but be prepared to pay more.

Nah no relevent insurance mate, cant i just tell nokia that 1 day i noticed this on the screen??, lol

Lol if they'll diagnose and not charge you then you've got nothing to lose. If they say that they'll look at it but you have to pay if they find a fault which isn't under warranty then your a bit screwed.
