E63 text counter

Just recently changed contract and got an E63. Still finding my way around, but quite liking it. Been a SE K series user for the last few years.
Is there a reasonably straightforward way I can monitor how many texts I'm sending a month? I've found how to check how many minutes I'm using, but can't figure out texts.

Any help, much appreciated.
