Can someone please help I've got a Nokia N96 and I want to sell it but I need to know how I get rid of all my personal info like my n-gage profile?

I hope this helps, this should be a complete reset and delete everything off the phone.

Hard Reset (Resets handset and erases all data)

1. Enter *#7370#
2. Press Yes
3. Enter Lock Code (default 12345)
4. Press OK

Handset will switch off and restart after reset. This may take a few minutes.

Format the OnBoard storage and reset the phone with *#7370#

If prompted for a security code the default is 12345
