Greetings to you all.
My wife has recently purchased a E63 and is currently trying to get to grips with it.However she has come across one major gripe.When she receives text msgs from her friends/colleagues the phone(E63) shows the sender's phone number but not the sender's name!She is more than a little perplexed and cannot get round the problem.Any advice would be gratefully received and acted upon.Thank you.

This is normally caused by the number being listed under two contacts, so the phone doesn't know what to display. Perhaps on the SIM and the Phone?
