I have had a Nokia N96 on contact with T mobile since March. Since then, it's been in for repair for a month twice and keeps turning off still.

Rang T mobile today and they said I have to send it for repair again. I am really not happy and would like an exchange but they say I can't have one and that, if that's what I want, I have to contact Nokia direct. They say their contract is only for the Sim and not the handset.

Is this right? It's really frustrating. It's the first half decent phone I've ever had (usually just had basic, will text or make calls and might have a camera!) and now it doesn't work.

Help anyone?

In the first 28 days I think they will replace the handset if it becomes faulty. Outside of this then its down to the manufacturer to repair / replace under the warranty (usually 12 months)

forget operator repair centres. Send it off to Nokia's freepost repair centre they are much better.
