Ocarina of time

back in the n64 days i bought a used copy of this game, when i started it it already had the file of the first owner, out of curiosity i checked his file nothing looked peculiar, yet when i was playing his file i remember he had every single medallion for each temple, but thats not the end off it, you know the triforce in the middle of the medallions, it was lit, all three of the triangles, they were yellow, once i clocked the game, i noticed my did not do this, also when you check you file at the begining of the game you can check to see which medallions you have,, well thats when i realised it i had all the medallions, yet his file had an extra one or something, i can truly remeber, but my little sister deleated his file, so i was a bit p*£$ed off.
Seriously i think he did what nintendo kept on rejected, i think he got the triforce which was rumored at the time the game was releaseed, what are you thoughts has this happned to anyone else.
cheers
