Zelda lava boss

so shoot me... I'm crap at bosses and they annoy the hell out of me.

So i've pulled the roof down on this fella three times and I'm chopping away at his eye but it doesn't seem to affect it. What's going on?!

IIRC two good flurry attacks on the eye will sort it out.

It took me 5 'good' attacks to kill him off. Keep bringing the roof down, attacking him until he spits you out, and regaining health straight after. Eventually he'll die and you can move on

Swing around on the dragons tail, jump off and the roof will fall down, target him then use the hook to hook the boss, then when he's stunned (his eye will roll), target him and lamp him like mad with your sword. Rinse repeat as required.

standard hack and slash then? (sorry for the buffy quote) tbh I'm prefering all the sub quests to the boss stuff

The bosses are cool but I prefer solving the puzzles and getting to the bosses more than fighting.

The puzzles are brilliant IMO - challenging but always logical and sensible
