I have a load of them, are they worth anything, or should I just give them away?..

You could
A) give them all to me
B) register at Nintendo Europe - enter your codes and you can get free gifts from Nintendo (although it is very rare that anything of any worth comes up). Eventually you will be able to convert your stars into Virtual Console points so it might be worth registering and entering your points.

c) Hold on to the bits of paper with the codes on until Nintendo actually announce what they are doing for the Stars for Wii points conversion. I think I'm right in saying that the stars will expire within a certain time if unused so it might be best not to register them until you know you want to spend them.
