Snes Scart Lead Issues

Hi all

I have recently purchases a SNES and a scart lead from seperate sellers.

The issue I have is that the SNES will connect fine through the RF output to my TV's but on connecting the scart lead all I get is sound and no picture!!

Does anyone know the reason to this?

thanks
Duncan

Re: Snes Scart Lead Issues

I haven't seen a SNES for years. At least 10. I can't remember the ins and outs of the system. One thing I'm pretty sure of though is that they all output RGB through SCART as well as composite. You may have read the N64 threads below this. For some reason it wasn't RGB enabled like the SNES.
What's the SCART like that you're using? Are all the pins connected? I think SNES, N64 and Gamecube all have the same A/V connector. If you have a SCART and a N64 or Gamecube already hooked up you could try that lead.
