I already have Halo and PGR.

I'm not looking for any genre in paticular - which games do you reccomend?

If genre is not an issue then get Jet Set Radio : Future. Didn't do too well in japan (neither did its original on the dreamcast) but has a huge following in the US and europe. If in doubt rent then just buy the game that you like the most.

Ditto on JSRF. Max Payne is very good on the XBox, but it doesn't take long to finish, so may be a better to rent than buy.

Personally, I'm waiting to see how Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind fares as an XBox game for my next purchase.

I played the demo of MotorGT the motorbike game. Rather good I must say. Think I may take ISS2 back and swap it for it.

Moto GP or Rallisport two very good games or you could wait for Crazy Taxi 3 or Grand Prix 4.

Moto GP is awesome on Xbox well recommended.
Burnout also good, better than PS2 version.

Rallisport is great, I also have NBA inside drive, which, if you like basketball games, is excellent

just rent them..or better buy them 2nd hand from ebay and sell them back on ebay or swap here if u don't like them, u won't make a loss, guaranteed!

If you want to see a high quality game that's really sooooo much
fun..then get "Oddworld Munch's Oddysee".
Its so much different to all the other xbox games and oozes
quality......


...xbox seems to be turning into a "man's console" u know all
these fighting,shooting, racing games...... it's a nice relief to
just relax and have fun.

I guess that's why Im considering buying a game cube to
compliment my xbox... it's full of fun, retard games..makes you
feel like kid all over again. ;-)
