X-Box scart extension/optical extension

I need one or the other, as my X-box is being moved away from my amp.

Any ideas where I can get one from?

For optical extender www.lektropaks.co.uk sell an optical coupler so you can join 2 or more together and do scart extenders. Or Monster do some long cables

How far? I got a 2 metre optical lead for my PS2 from Argos.co.uk for about £4 (+ £4 delivery ).
I assume the X-Box uses standard optical connectors?

yeah, my xbox with the HDTV extension pack uses a toslink connector. on the other end you'd have whatever your amp needs, I guess.
