x box and vga connection

Hi.
can anybody help.
I have a grundig tv with 3 scarts which are all in use , but this tv also he a vga socket.

is it possible to connect my x box this way, and if i do will i get a better result than if i get a box that puts two scarts into one socket?

if it is good to use the vga socket does anybody know where i can get the connections?. at the moment i have one of these multiple connectors which gives me fibre optic sound to my amp and scart/svhs picture connections.

thanks.
