I have the same problem. Amazon in the US won't ship to a UK address. It would be generally useful to know a source unless Gordon has a big collection.

I got my Xbox and all my games from dvdboxoffice.com and consider them an excellent online shop. They also sell the Advance HD Pak (comes with component lead & optical output) for around £16 and because they offer 'free world-wide delivery', £16 is the total price you pay for - because they send their products to their branch in France, you don't pay for import duties.
