What games would you like to see on the revolution

Howdy all,

Well we all know the deal with nintendos new controller. I just wondered what kind of games you would like or think would work best with this new method. I personally think FPS games could go down a storm if handled correctly. Im not too sure about driving games tho!

As mentioned a few times already, I'm sure Nintendo are developing some sort of add on so the controller can be used just like a standard controller also, if that's true then any game should fit

I'm also pretty excited to see how the controller works with FPS games, my only worry is that I can imagine it being a killer on the arm with all that aiming Hopefully I'll be proved wrong though.

Personally the game I'm most excited about is the new MarioKart, that's provided it has online play which I'm pretty sure it will. Until then I'm damn enjoying MarioKart DS online

Well I think new version of Mario Tennis and Mario Golf that take advantage of the new controller would be good. But I'm also like Tetlee, I'm looking forward to games that use on the online services as well as the controller, especialy Mario Kart. I'm hoping 8 player or even 16 player.....

just side tracking a little i think it would be nice to have a (Mario Paint) paint shop pro type program.

not sure how it would work though with the resolution constraints but still an interesting idea.

just imagine painting your master piece in a nice 50" or in Razor case 65" screen! then save it onto the internal memory and set it up as a desktop boot up screen

what do you guys think?

Most definitely, it would be a real test for the sensitivity of the controller too. I'm sure Ninty will get that balance right though.

Of course, I'd love to see a Mario platform game. Perhaps a next generation version of Super Mario 64. In addition, a new Zelda game is always welcome.

I think the controller on the Revolution offers an interesting twist on playing games, and I'd love to see how games developers can use it as an intuitive part of a game, rather than making it seem like a gimmick being used for the sake of it.

I wonder how much these controllers will cost? Will they have a dock type charger or a lead? I can't wait for Revolution to be properly revealed!

It'd be good enough if the only games that came out were Gamecube re-releases with more detailed graphics and utilising the new controller: Monkey Ball, Mario Kart, Resident Evil 4, Metroid etc. If the controller works as well as everyone is saying, this is going to be amazing!

If only one game gets released for the Revolution, please make it Shenmue 3, Sega.

I've just been reading this: http://games.kikizo.com/news/200508/141_p1.asp

Whilst it's slightly old news, it does at least constitute a small glimmer of hope that I will one day be able to avenge my father's untimely demise at the foul hands of Lan Di. Come on AM2, make it so...

My life won't be complete until I get my hands on Shenmue 3. I don't care what console it comes out on, I'll buy it regardless. And yeah... I'm definitely having a Revolution for lunch
