Bought a flash cart yesterday from these people http://www.totalgba.com/
and it works great etc etc etc. Just wondered if anyone else owns one of these and if they recommend any decent apps/tools/utils to go with it?

I have the 256 version of that cart. I know if runs a few different utilities and NES games but havent used any of it. I have a load of ROMs on it at the moment and everything runs great. Decent flash cart.
