Nintendogs Glitch Software Bug ?

Dear All

My friend bought Nintendogs for her son, but on the home page it doesn't give you the option to “Go Out” or “Supplies”. All you can do is pet it for a bit, and then it asks you to call it’s name, which you do, then it just get’s stuck it that loop asking you to call it’s name, says it’s heard you, then call it’s name and soon on and soon on.

The only thing you can do is turn it off.

Before sending it back, can anyone confirm that this is a fault, and that they aren’t doing anything wrong?

They have tried deleting the dog and starting again.

Thank you

I thought mine was faulty too at first then I realised. Felt quite stupid shouting into it about 50 times though before I could do anything else!
