Wow - that was quite a fair assessment from The Sun. The guy who wrote it seems to know what he's talking about, which makes a change from a lot of the uninformed articles found in today's media.

Right... according to him a new zelda game that hasn't even been released yet is a top ten nintendo game. Loads of other games on there haven't even had an European release. The sun's readers will easily be able to get a hold of them.

I bet that reviewer hasn't even played on most of those games, certainly not zelda.

Hardly gold star journalism.

I was quite impressed with his top ten list. Ok, whilst Twilight Princess hasn’t been released I think, given the series track record and previews so far, this will be a must-own (especially if you’re a Zelda fan).

Regarding some of the other titles, Electroplankton and Brain Training are scheduled for a European release. At least the list highlights the different types of games in the market. If someone is interested in them it’s not that difficult to track an import copy down.

Read the article again, it says "top 10 games" after commenting on a forecast for 2006. The two are mutually exclusive.

[QUOTE=CrispyXUKI doubt he even plays games[/QUOTE]
The fact that he has "reviewed" a game as "top 10" in DS, GBA and gamecube that hasn't even been released yet, and a myriad of others that have had no European release points to that mate.

I don't know, seem to remember some articles in supposed heavywieghts like the Guardian talk about a new console having a microprocessor inside unlike previous consoles. Like they were running on anything else? I mean ***?

There's a lot of drivel out there - compared to its competitor I thought it was a reasonably sensible piece.

He hasnt reviewed anything, he has merely put what he thinks is widely regarded as the top ten games for those platforms mixed, doesnt say anywhere its based on sales, (seems obvious to me?) Not like anyone reads the Sun for their in depth information on computer games mate
