I must admit to being slightly disappointed with this. Played it for a couple of days before taking it back to blockbuster.

Still not as good as their first effort...Goldeneye on N64

im always disappointed with these games. i haven't played this one yet, but, correct me if i'm wrong - but the story mode doesn't have much story at all, because you keep changing characters in different levels.

a bit messed up if you ask me.

As a single player game, Halo 2 is not that special. But again the LIVE part is different gravy. But I suppose you haven't played this either?

If you want a good single player FPS challenge, get Brothers in Arms. Game of the Year, so far.

Brothers in arms is a superb game.... on the xbox.

it's not even half as good on the ps2 unfortunately

halo 2 not that good in single player?!!!

ive just finished halo 1 (xbox newbie) and ive just started halo 2 and im loving it, more varierty, more guns, dual wielding and although the story is being rehashed i love it, and LIVE just makes it even better.

Halo 2 was ok but nothing special - just another Quake/UT style shooter - the live implementation is great even if the game is only average IMO.

BIA is superb - Great 1 player & multiplayer.

Not played TS3 yet but the reviews i've read seem to say that it's nothing new really but a good steady away (jack of all trades master of none) style shooter.
