Hello everyone.

I recently bought both the Datel Region-X Dvd and an Ixos Scart Cable to improve PQ for both gaming and Dvd playback on a PS Two.

Whilst the Region free works fine and disables the non-RGB playback the Ixos cable has alot of buzzing especially with scenes that have alot of white in them. I am using a normal CRT at the moment.

Its so bad that movies are unwatchable and i've had to go back to a normal scart cable.

Is this a one-off and the cables fault and can i ask for a replacement?
Has anyone else suffered from this experience?

It does sound like a bad cable, I have always used my old PSX RGB Scart Cable with my PS2 and have had nothing but perfect picture since I got my PS2 all those years ago.

Cant really recommend a cable as mine was just something I picked up years ago from eBay.

Guess i'll just return it and stick with the old PSX Scart cable.

Never had a problem with it but always looking for improvements !!
