*** why do these game companies continue to put unrealistic release dates for their software. Its not like its a new frickin science to which they have no judgement.

i have it for pc and dont worry you arnt missing anything. better looking at far cry instincts for the xbox than that load of

Haven't looked recently, but I was sure people were biggin it up initially sayin it was really 'scary'.

And once whacked through my X box onto a 8ft screen I was starting to drool!!

It depends on how enthusiastic their marketing departments are. I working in software delivery and often it is very difficult to deliver on time, you can write the best plans in the world and still not be able to deliver.

It is even worse in the gaming market for consoles because you have to deliver quality code, you can't hide bugs and the like. At least with the systems I work with you can hide the bugs away from the customer until you can fix them
