Due to the increase of traffic regarding modified consoles and also recent court rulings, the following rules have been added to the console gaming forum.

X-Box

1. Discussion of X-Box modification and software is allowed, however posting of links to sites that contain BIOS's, modification applications and files is not allowed.
2. Requests or offers of private modification services on the forum are not allowed. However, links to sites that perform X-Box modifications or sell pre-modified X-Boxes are allowed.
3. Gaming Classifieds sales of modified X-Boxes is allowed, however modified X-Boxes are not allowed to be sold with copied software on the HD.
4. Offers are not to be made in the console forum threads, you must post an advert in the classified section and link to it.

Playstation

1. Discussion of modifying a Playstation 1 or 2 is not allowed, nor is the posting of sites or material linked to the modifying of these consoles.
2. Playstation 1 or 2 modified consoles are illegal and the sale of modified Playstation consoles is prohibited on this forum.
