When its a big anticipated release like this, its likely that people will bull**** each other just to be "superior". Why dont u ask him how the game plays out? If he really has it then he will be able to tell you and even show you?

Notice how he said that its "his mate" and not himself thats got it. I bet his mate was told by his mate that he has it.

Still it is true that some copies are doing the rounds, but I doubt these copys are so easy to get.

the copies are easy to get, but only in french with a selection of subtitles including english (I decided to wait for an english version though).

But I'm sure you can wait under a month for a live enabled version which you can understand the speech in.

I very much doubt that they can actually fine someone for downloading a torrent. Let's face it, if such a thing was possible then the torrent sites wouldn't exist as everyone would have been fined by now anyway for downloading other games.

Personally i'm a firm believer in people being paid for the work they do though and I would welcome a serious view on piracy from software publishers/developers. The same problems that plague the music industry now plague the video games industry and the only way to stop it is to have downloadable games (ala Steam) where the game can only be played if downlaoded and not run from a cheap media like a DVD-R. Anyway i've discussed this issue recently in another thread so no need to go into it in more detail again here.

you need a modded box to play

got this game on pre-order for months now and can't wait for it! btw, i did not download this and havent got a modded box anyway!
