Xenium: Is mine borked?

The supplier is happy to fix it but I thought I'd ask.

I can launch the normal mode just fine when using the Advanced scart.

If I try to boot the xenium mode then I'm faced with a blank screen.

If I use composite I can get the screen up, swap scarts and then get RGB.

Anyone come across this???
