Cheers m8, that website lists it as 25th June so i'll just have to wait and see.

I thought i'd do an equiry the old fashioned way as well, so i rang my local Game and Gamestation, Game tell me the 2nd July and Gamestation had no idea what i was on about, so i guess i won't be buying it from them whenever it does get released.

Will you be getting it? as i think you can play the missions on live co-operatively, which i imagine will be cool.

This is a must buy for me If anyone needs convincing, see if you can get hold of the 15 min demo by one of the developers (I saw it in the May 2004 PC Gamer DVD, but it is prob available for download somewhere). Looks like being the first true Live co-op game, and that would sell it to me alone.

Not too sure about this, looks good, but i did not like Conflict Desert Storm! Looks like it plays very similar!

I played the training levels the other day,its ace never seen anything like it on the xbox

been playing the US version and it's a corker (if you like this sort of thing). It's like a real thinking mans Ghost Recon. For thse that aren't sure, you dont actually control the individual characters in a first/third person mode, you control teams by giving controls by moving cursors around the screen or commands by using combinations of D-pad movements.
The game has a fantastic atomosphere helped by the wicked newsfeed type camera action. It immediately reminded me of the movie Black Hawk Down.
A very different slant on the army/squad based games of recent months and a winner IMO

I would guess there will be some nice new d./l content mate to give it some more life (not sure how long it is anyway) but also the variety of ways you can go through missions/levels should give some lonegivty hopefully

To access it - very different to the Toned down console version - you have an officier running around, you can enter buildings, you can control how many enemy, civilians etc there are plus lots of other bits are different
