x box mods and stuff.

Have an x box I want to connect to my projector.I would like to mod x box.Possibly a solder free type if they are any good so it will play all games and Divx it looks like I need a set of leads so I can output progresive and is their any softwear that I will need as well.Or is there anywhere in UK that will mod my x-box for me.Thanks.
