Halo...........Save game

While playing this in Cooperative (2 player) mode, is it possible to save game part way through a level as in single player mode?
Cannot seem to do this, if we don't have enough time to complete the level we have to restart it next time we play

Nope, you have to complete a level in co-op before it'll save your position. I think it mentions that somewhere in the manual, but I might have read it in an FAQ instead.

You could always do what we did the other night; leave the XBox on til the next day.

nope you cant save in co-op. it saves at the end of the mission of course.

but how long does it take you to complete a level in co-op anyway??

me and some friends regulary go through the entire game on heroic or legendary in one night... :enteringsmugmode:
