Find of the year

Maybe not but it made me happy. Look at the condition of this NES

This cost me.........nothing. I found it in a skip. It was buried under a pile of old magazines and shoes. I normally dont take things from skips, but I could'nt help myself this time. Works perfectly. Best example i've seen in a while.

It is the Super Mario 3 pak. has game, 2 control pads, AC and RF. console and paperwork including manuals, poster and warranty card still in pplastic packaging. Brought back some old memories I can tell you.

Re: Find of the year

I can't imagine why someone would package it so neat and tidily just to throw it in a skip :D

It probably has'nt been used for years. I reckon the owners may have had a loft clearout or something and just bunged it in. If I had bought it, I would still thought it great to find one like this, but to find it for free! Some people just dont appreciate nostalgia anymore.

Re: Find of the year

Wow, great find! Not even any soggy tomato stains or broken up bits of egg shell on the box

Goes to show I suppose that rummaging through skips can be worthwhile, perhaps these tramps are onto something

Re: Find of the year

Excellent find! Did they have anything else off worth? You should go back see if they had a stack of games in there!
