Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector Pop-Up

Hi,

I have recently got the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector and it is a great piece of kit. Get a full signal for my DS and my Wii...

One thing that I do not like about the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector is the Pop-up you get on the desktop saying that a device has connected to it.

If you have you Wii connected to the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector and have WiiConnect24 on this pop-up comes on screen about every 10minuntes or so as the Wii checks for updates.

What I want to know is if there is any way of turning this pop-up off?

Thanks
S.
